DAY 1 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: ARRIVAL - HANOI (-/-/-)

On arrival at Noi Bai Airport, you are met by our guide and transferred to hotel. DAY 2 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: HANOI (B/-/-)

Begin your exploration of the capital with the city center, comprised of traditional pagodas and temples, colonial villas, and lakes set along tree-lined streets which move at pace much more congenial than Saigon. Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday, Friday & whole November), Ho Chi Minh ‘s house on stilt and close to  this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda
Later on, We follow it with a visit to the Temple of Literature, which is well known as the first university of Vietnam and the History Museum with an excellent collection of artifacts illustrating the Vietnamese history. In the afternoon, we visit the Ethnology museum. Enjoy your time to learn about 54 ethics in Vietnam. We also visit the old quarters and the peaceful lake of Hoan Kiem with its sacred temple. In front of this lake is the famous water puppet theatre - the traditional unique Vietnamese art where we will see a fantastic performance.

DAY 3 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: HANOI - HUE CITY TOUR (B/-/-)

At leisure until transfer to Hanoi domestic airport for flight to Hue, the former Royal City of the 13 ruling Nguyen dynasties. Upon arrival we visit the Imperial Citadel. And then we enjoy a boat trip on the Perfumes River to visit the beautiful riverside Thien Mu Pagoda - one of the oldest ancient Hue in vietnamarchitectural structures for religious work ship in Hue. We have an enjoyable visit to the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. This impressive landmark reflects the beautiful architecture, intricate decor and mysterious statues. Afterwards we take a short drive though the rolling hill to see the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the famous Tu Hieu Pagoda. The sightseeing tour of Hue also includes with a walk to the bustling Dong Ba Market that sells a wide variety of local goods and handicrafts. Along the way we pass many fantastic eating spots, all ideal for visitors to sample some local delicacies.

DAY 4 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: HUE - KHE SANH - VINH MOC - HUE (B/-/-)

After breakfast at your hotel, we start the tour to visit the other sites of the former firece battle fields on the DMZ including the former American bases of Rock Piles, Camp Carol and Khe Sanh,  take a short walk on the Ho Chi Minh trail (now under process to be the second trans-Vietnam traffic line). Our trip will continue to view the war-torn ruins of the Quang Tri church and the wreckage of an American tank. Then visit the Vinh Moc tunnels, dug to accommodate an underground village safe from American air raids in the north of the DMZ. Take a short photo stopkhe sanh at the Hien Luong Bridge crossing Ben Hai River, the former borderline between the north and south Vietnam, and the site of the former Doc Mieu artilery base on the way to Dong Ha. It takes one and a half hour for returning to Hue.

DAY 5 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: HUE - DANANG (B/-/-)

Leave Hue for Danang, the fourth largest city of Vietnam. Coming here, we have chance to enjoy City tour, recalling the chaos of march 1975, when the Saigon government abandoned Danang and countless refugees fled the city. We also visit the beach where the US marines first came ashore, beginning major American involvement in Indochina. Arrival & check-in at hotel.

DAY 6 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: DANANG - CHU LAI - QUY NHON (B/-/-)

After breakfast at the hotel, we start to visit to Hoi An town with its low tiled houses of Chinese appearance, Japanese covered bridge, brightly painted temples and pagodas make it one of Vietnam's most delightful places. During the 16th century traders stopped at this port when traveling en route to Malacca in Malaysia. Then we continue on the coastal plain to Chu Lai Air Base and see the work of the Skyhawks. The next stop is My Lai Incident at the Son My district. Travel along the rugged Animate mountains down to Route 1, sarcastically referred to aschu lai vietnam "the street with joy" by French soldiers. In the evening, we arrive in Quy Nhon - The central city of Quy Nhon has both nice landscape and interesting history. It lies in the cradle of Vietnamese traditional martial art, classical opera and the Cham culture. Besides a series of surviving Cham towers, the city also boasts unspoiled beaches, one of which used to be owned by Vietnamese Queen, it is considered tobe a major port and supply depot that kept Route 1 open during the war.  Check in hotel and overnight in Quy Nhon.

DAY 7 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: QUY NHON - NHA TRANG (B/-/-)

Depart a morning drive of 250 km across picturesque coastal plains to Nha Trang - The city is flanked by nearly ten kilometers of prime beach where the water is warm year round. The average temperature in Nha Trang is 26 C. Nha Trang also has the lowest level of humidity in all of Vietnam. Today, Nha Trang ranks among the top of all beaches in Vietnam. Upon arrival, rest of the day at leisure.

DAY 8 : VIETNAM VET TOUR: NHA TRANG - DA LAT (B/-/-)

Enjoy the turquoise water and fine sand beach. Take a boat to nearby Bamboo island for snorkeling, to the Mieu island for a visit to a fish breeding farm and to the Cham tower of Ponagar, a fine example of 2nd century Cham architecture. Depart Nha Trang for Dalat, 1500 m Nha trang Vietnamabove the sea level.  Refresh with a little bit cool of the highland city,  which was known as “A little Paris” or “a flower city a cool mountain resort with its lakes, waterfalls, evergreen forest and gardens make Dalat one of the most enjoyable places in Vietnam. You also have chance to visit the Central market – one of the mist beautiful markets in the highland with a wide array of flowers, fruits, and vegaetables. The last stop is Xuan Huong Lake - the most beautiful lake in Da Lat. It is approximately 5 km2. In 1919 a dam was formed on a branch of Camly river creating a small lake his man made lake was a site where many indigenous people of Langbian high land made their homes in the past and now the lake is also where many honeymooners come to visit.

After bereakfast, we leave Dalat for Ho Chi Minh City, stop over to visit a silk farm and mulberry plantations. Evening arrive in Saigon, the former capital of South Vietnam, which retains much flavor from the war era.

This morning, we travel on National Route 13 past the town of Phu Cuong. Visit Phu Loi base, used to relocate villagers. Through the Cau Dinh jungle, pass a staging area of the 503rd Airbone Brigade. At Ben Cat, we have chance to see the site of the bases of the 173rd Airborne and the 11th Armored Cavalry. We arrive in Ben Suc, the Northern tip of the iron Triangle, and continue to Dau Tieng Reservoir and the esoteric Cao Dai temple at Tay Ninh. Finally, we visit the restored tunnels at Cu Chi before returning to Ho Chi Minh City.

Today we commence our sightseeing of Hanoi with the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the mausoleum of the nation's founder Ho Chi Minh, the Presidential Palace and the Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts. Close to this complex is the One Pillar Pagoda, whose origins date back to the foundation of Hanoi.

Day 3: VIETNAM WORLD HERITAGES TOUR: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

After having breakfast at hotel, you will be picked by our guide & driver at hotel then driven to Halong Bay - 170km from the East of Hanoi. On the way, you will have chances to stop by green paddies to see the Vietnamese farmers working on their fields or you might get by a Humanity Center where we are nursing the disabled Children who are left behind the War & they are victims of Agent Oranges caused by American troops.
At around 12:00, you will reach to Halong Bay recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site Halong_Baysince 1994. The islands in Ha Long Bay are mainly limestone and schist islands most lying in the two main areas: the southeastern part of Bai Tu Long Bay and southwestern part of Ha Long Bay. They are the result of many times of rising and lowering processes of the continent to form a karst. The process of nearly full erosion and weathering of the karst created the unique Ha Long Bay in the world. In 2000, UNESCO recognized it as the World Heritage for the second time for its geographical and geomorphologic values.
On arrival at 12h30, We are welcome on the traditional boat and have welcome drink. Start the boat trip to visit Halong Bay with outstanding natural beauty of many Islands such as Con Cho Island, Dinh Huong Island, Canh Buom Island, Ga Choi Island  and have fresh seafood lunch served on board.
In the afternoon, you will have opportunity to visit one of the most beautiful cave in Ha long Bay- Sung Sot Cave or Suprising Cave, then wimming on Titop or do kayak to visit Luon Cave. Watching sunset. Fishing with seine and owing bamboo boat (on request)

In this morning, we will keep on our journey by junk-boat to to explore more islands & natural beauties of Halong Bay.
At around 10:30: you will have a brunch served on cruise before reaching to Halong Harbour at around 12:00. Right here our car will be at disposal to pick you up then drive back to Hanoi with stopover at Dong Trieu Ceramic village.

Here, 40km southwest of Hoi An, in a lush green valley, are dozens of red brick towers and sanctuaries dating from between the seventh and thirteenth centuries.

The legendary Halong Bay is truly one of Vietnam's most impressive scenic sights. We board a traditional boat for a five hour trip around Halong Bay. This exciting cruise provides us a fantastic view of the picturesque scenery blending with the sky and some 3,000 limestone islands rising amazingly from the clear HALONG BAYand emerald water. These limestone karst formations are littered with beaches, grottoes and beautiful caves. Along the way we will anchor for a leisurely swim in a secluded cove and an enjoyable visit to one of the many hidden grottoes beneath towering cliffs. The following destination is Danang via an early morning flight from Hanoi. On arrival you are greeted by our guide and driven to Danang center to visit the famous Cham Museum. Today we catch a chance to see the Marble Mountain, whose peaks represent the five elements, and the China Beach on our DA NANG BEAUTYway to Hoi An. This charming town was originally a Cham seaport but has been influenced down the centuries by a myriad of traders from various cultures. There are plenty to see in Hoi An, some of which are the famous Japanese Covered Bridges, the Pottery Museum, the 200 years old Tam Ky House, the Chua Ong Pagoda and the vibrant market. We include these sites in a walking tour past many low tiled houses scattered along the small streets and assembly halls which reflect the town's multi-cultural past.

Upon leaving Hoi An we make our way northwards to Hue. The winding roads begin as we make our way up the spectacular Hai Van Pass. Here we make stop to admire the stunning view north to Lang Co village and south to Danang City. Once arriving at Lang Co, we have a pleasant break by the beach before we head towards Hue. This small and quiet town was once Vietnam's feudal capital from 1802 to 1945. We visit the massive citadel, containing the Imperial City and the Purple Forbidden City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. The Hoi An ancient townnext stop is an elaborate mausoleum dedicated to Emperor Tu Duc. We see this masterpeice and enjoy a boat trip on the Perfume River giving us a chance to visit the beautiful riverside Thien Mu Pagoda and catch the spectacular sunset. The sightseeing also includes Dong Ba Market that sells a wide variety of local goods and handicrafts. The exciting river trip will pass by the lush green vegetation towards the famous Unicorn Island where we have a chance to stroll around an orchard, taste many seasonal fruits and see farmers at work. Afternoon: Transfer about 30km north-west of Ho Chi Minh City to Cu Chi town. Cu Chi tunnels were used as the base from which the Vietnamese mounted their operations of the Tet Offensive in 1968. The incredible underground network in Cu Chi stretched over 200 kilometres and became legendary during the American war. The extensive tunnels have been specially constructed with living areas, weapon factories, filed hospitals, command centres, plus accommodation. Today we have an excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels to visit an exposition hall and a widened section of the tunnels to get a feel of the underground life. There are also possibilities to fire off rounds from an AK47 or MK16 at the nearby rifle range

After breakfast at hotel, we have a boat trip on the romantically named Perfume River visits Hue’s best-known religious site, Thien Mu Pagoda. The beautiful riverside Thien Mu Pagoda is one of the oldest ancient architectural structures for religious work ship in Hue. We include TU DUC ROYAL TOMB IN HUEthis in a half day cruise on the Perfume River which also gives us a taste of the scenic countryside and an enjoyable visit to the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang in a tranquil setting of gardens and lakes. This impressive landmark reflects the beautiful architecture, intricate decor and mysterious statues. Afterwards, We start our sightseeing tour with the massive citadel named the Imperial Citadel where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945 including Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and Forbidden Purple City. This royal residence was all but destroyed during the 1968 Tet Offensive, however it is still fascinating to walk among the ruins. Close to this masterpiece is Hue Imperial Museum which displays an interesting collections of bronzes, Chinaware, court robes and various emperors’ personal belongings
By the end of the day, we will have one more chance to take a glancing tour of Hue with a walk to the bustling Dong Ba Market that sells a wide variety of local goods and handicrafts. Along the way we pass many fantastic eating spots, all ideal for visitors to sample some local delicacies.

In this morning, before leaving to Da Nang we will take a short drive though the rolling hill to see the elaborate royal tomb of Emperor Tu Duc and the famous Tu Hieu Pagoda. Although not being so big or famous among visitors as Coc Ly and Can Cau, Lung Khau Nhin market, be side a normal shopping place, play an important role to spiritual life of local ethnic peoples Flower H’mong, Black Zao, Zay, and especially to those who come from very small ethnic groups such as Pa Zi, Tou Zi, Tou Lao who live in small and isolated villages around this corner of the country, come for meeting, socializing...

Option 4: Can Cau Market on Saturday
Can Cau is a rural ethnic market, simply set up on the open ground at the side of a mountain, looking down a picturesque valley about 20 km north of Bac Ha. It is every Saturday morning when hundreds of ethnic peoples mainly Flower H’mong gather to sell their farming products and buy necessities. The market’s most colorful part is clothes section with shirts, blouses, skirts…CAN CAU MARKETor parts of the traditional costumes with embroidery patterns in different motifs lying on dark batik background but may be the most interesting section is the tobacco and wine section when buyers are allowed to taste the product before buying and many men get too drunk to buy anything more!
